杏吧
教授，博士生导师。入选“教育部新世纪优秀人才计划”（2009年），曾获吉林省高校首批学科领军教授、省教学名师、省“第五批拔尖创新人才”、省科技创新团队和省优秀教学团队负责人等荣誉。主持完成国家级项目7项，省部级项目4项，获获省自然科学学术成果一等奖1项省，科技进步二等奖和三等奖4项。担任Asian Vegetarian union常务理事，中国营养学会特殊营养分会副主任委员等学术兼职。

二、教学育人成果 |
国家级本科一流课程《营养与食品卫生学》第二参加人，省级一流课程《卫生与健康》《营养与食品卫生学》的主要参加人，副主编教材3部，是规划教材《营养与食品卫生学》第6、7、8、9版编委。培养研究生80余名。 |
